We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Items showing signs of opening, use, or damage are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us by using toy-craze.com chat box with your order number and reason for return. Include 2-3 clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide a prepaid return label via email within 2 business days.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping costs are covered by Toy-Craze.com for defective or damaged items. For customer-initiated returns (change of mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Pre-order items cannot be returned once dispatched. Clearance or sale items marked "final sale" are non-returnable. Custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost. Authenticity guarantees apply to all items—contact us immediately if you suspect counterfeit products.
