Please be informed that the application deadline for Valkyrie Volt, Aero Pegasus, and Bit Set on the Hong Kong server is 15 August 2026.

Our redemption service will stop accepting new applications on 10 August 2026.

Please also note that the current redemption processing time is approximately 4 to 5 months.

If you have any unused exchange tickets, please ensure they are submitted before the deadline. After this date, they will no longer be valid for redemption.

- All app-exclusive rare Beyblades are currently sold out. They will be released again in batches after July. 

From now on, applications can still be submitted, but all redemptions will only be processed after July. Based on our estimate, the earliest we may receive replies is around August to September.

- We will stop submitted application for Wizard Arc on 27 May 2026.

What is Proxy Service?

Our proxy service is designed for international Beyblade fans who win exchange tickets in the Beyblade App (Hong Kong server) but are unable to redeem them in person.

We act on your behalf to complete the redemption process with the official Hong Kong distributor (T CLUB) and ship the prize directly to you.

How to Get Exchange Tickets

1. Download the Beyblade App (Hong Kong version).

2. Participate in events or lotteries inside the app to win rare Beyblade prizes.

3. If you win, you will receive an exchange ticket with a unique code.

If you've won an exchange ticket in the official Beyblade app, follow the steps below to redeem your prize through our Hong Kong proxy service.

It's simple:

1. Provide your details – Fill out the google form

2. Wait for confirmation – We'll handle the rest. Just sit back and wait for T Club's reply.

3. Place your order – Once you receive the confirmation email, complete your purchase on our website.

4. Sit back and relax – We'll take care of the pickup and shipping. Your prize will be delivered right to your doorstep!

Step 2 – We Submit the Redemption Form on Your Behalf

We will fill out the T Club redemption registration form for you. Please note:

• The standard waiting time for T Club's confirmation email is approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

• Your code must be unused – codes can only be redeemed once.

• If your code has already been used, you will not receive any confirmation email from T Club.

• Redemption is subject to stock availability. Out-of-stock items cannot be redeemed.

• T Club’s response time is beyond our control – we appreciate your patience.

Step 3 – Place Your Order After Confirmation

Once you receive the confirmation email from T Club:

1. Please place your order on our website following the instructions in the email.

2. When placing the order, kindly remark your case number in the order notes.

After your order is confirmed, we will proceed with the pickup process, which may take up to 7 business days to complete.

We’ll keep you updated and ensure your prize is safely shipped to you.
