How to Order

Step 1

Please inbox us with your redemption code, a screenshot of the redemption code screen and your contact email.

Step 2

We will fill up the T Club redemption registration google form for you. After filling out the form, please allow 2- 4 weeks to receive a confirmation email from T Club.

*Please noted that items may be out of stock. Out of stock items cannot be redeemed.
*The response times from T Club may vary and are outside of our direct control. We appreciate your understanding while we assist you in awaiting their confirmation email.

Step 3

Once you receive the confirmation email, please:

1. Notify us via Chatbox 

2. Place your order on our website.

After your order is confirmed, we will initiate the redemption process, which may take up to 7 business days to complete. Thank you for your patience as we prepare your shipment!

※IMPORTANT NOTICE※

• The redemption code can only be used once. If you have already used it before, we will not be able to redeem it for you again.
• This redemption service is for Hong Kong server only.
• We only provide Rare Bey redemption services. Claims for damaged or out-of-stock items will not be accepted.
• The exchange process may take approximately one to two months to complete. We appreciate your patience during this period.
