1. Pre-order Terms

·         Nature of Pre-Order

o    Pre-order items are for products that are not yet in stock. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these specific terms.

  • Pre-payment
    • Pre-order products require a deposit or full payment in advance, as specified on the product page.
    • Pre-order cancellations are accepted within 7 days from the payment date, provided written notification is submitted via toy-craze.com chat box. 
    • If the manufacturer cancels production: We'll email you immediately with two options: (1) automatic full refund within 7 business days, or (2) exchange for an alternative product of equal or greater value at no extra charge. If no response within 14 days, the refund will be automatically processed.

o    A deposit or full payment may be required in advance, as specified on the product page.

o    Balance Payment (for the pre-order with deposit): Upon the item's arrival, we will notify you via email. You must settle the remaining balance within 14 days of notification. Orders with incomplete payment after this period will be automatically canceled, and the deposit paid will be forfeited.

  • Shipping Time
    • Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are provided on the product page but may be delayed due to suppliers, logistics, etc. Customers accept reasonable delays.

o    Combined Shipping: If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. Please place separate orders if you wish to receive items separately.

o    Split Shipments: If a single order contains pre-order items with different arrival dates, the entire order will be shipped only when all items have arrived.

  • Cancellation Policy
    • Customers may cancel pre-orders for a full refund within 7 calendar days from payment and may cancel orders for the in stock items before the shipped date.
  • Arrival Time & Delays
    • The estimated arrival time is for reference only. The final shipping date is subject to the supplier's schedule and international logistics.
  • Shortage & Cancellation
    • If the supplier delivers fewer items than expected, allocation will be prioritized based on payment sequence. Customers who cannot receive the item will be granted a full refund.
    • If a product is officially canceled by the supplier, a full refund will be arranged.
  • Product Changes
    • We reserve the right to modify product designs/specifications due to supplier or production issues. Customers will be notified and offered refunds if applicable.
  • Purchase Limits & Stock
    • Pre-orders may have purchase limits. Stock is allocated based on payment order. Oversold orders will be refunded.

·         Refund Processing

o    All refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that for credit card payments, handling fees charged by the bank will be deducted from the refund amount.

·         Product Information

o    All product images and specifications are for reference only. The final product is subject to the official release.

·         Final Decision

o    ToyCraze reserves the right of final interpretation regarding these terms and any changes thereto.


2. General Terms

  • Payment Methods
    • Accepted methods: Credit cards, PayPal. Currency: USD/EUR/others, with exchange rates based on payment time.
  • Shipping & Taxes
    • International shipping costs are borne by customers. Import duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
    • Shipping times are estimates. Delays due to customs, holidays, etc., are not our liability.
  • Returns & Exchanges
    • Regular products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging.
    • We cover return shipping for defective items; non-defective returns are at the customer’s cost.
  • Intellectual Property
    • Product designs, images, and text are owned by us. Commercial use without authorization is prohibited.
  • Liability Limitation
    • We are not liable for failures due to force majeure (e.g., wars, natural disasters).

3. DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES & LIABILITY

·          Shipping Delays

·          Delays exceeding 100% of estimated time may be eligible for compensation

·          Submit a delay claim with tracking information and proof of order

·          Compensation may be in the form of store credit or partial refund or replacement

·          Natural disasters, customs holds, and carrier strikes are beyond our control

·          Lost Packages

·          Report lost packages within 30 days of expected delivery date

·          We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf

·          Claims typically take 15-30 business days to process

·          Reshipment or refund will be provided once claim is approved

·          Damaged in Transit

·          For damaged items, request carrier inspection within 24 hours of delivery

·          Document damage with photos

·          Contact us with carrier report and photos within 7 days

·          Full refund or replacement will be issued upon claim approval

·          Our Liability

·          Toy-Craze is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or acts of God

·          Once a package is handed to the carrier and tracking confirms delivery, Toy-Craze liability ends

·          For claims, refer to carrier insurance or file a claim with our optional shipping insurance

·          Maximum compensation is limited to the product value and shipping cost paid
