Payment Policy – ToyCraze

At ToyCraze, we aim to provide a secure and transparent payment experience for all customers. This Payment Policy explains how payments are collected, processed, and handled for both in-stock and pre-order items purchased through toy-craze.com.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

2. Currency

Currency: All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If you are placing an order from outside the United States, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees. Pulse and Cotton is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party financial institutions.

Please note:

  • Currency conversion rates are determined by your bank, card provider, or payment platform
  • Exchange rates may vary at the time your payment is processed
  • Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or provider are the customer’s responsibility

3. Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment must be successfully authorized before your order can be confirmed and processed.

ToyCraze reserves the right to:

  • Decline or cancel orders flagged for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Request additional verification if necessary
  • Cancel any order if payment cannot be successfully completed

If a payment issue occurs, you may be contacted using the email address provided during checkout.

4. Pre-Order Payment Terms

Certain products sold on ToyCraze may be listed as pre-order items. These are products that are not yet in stock and will be shipped once they become available.

4.1 Pre-Payment Requirement

Pre-order items may require either:

  • Full payment in advance, or
  • A deposit, as specified on the product page

By placing a pre-order, you agree to these payment terms.

4.2 Balance Payment for Deposit-Based Pre-Orders

If your pre-order is placed using a deposit payment option:

  • We will notify you by email once the item arrives and is ready for fulfillment
  • The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days of notification
  • If the balance is not paid within this period, the order may be automatically canceled
  • In such cases, the deposit paid will be forfeited

5. Order Cancellations and Payment Refunds

5.1 Pre-Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel eligible pre-orders for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the payment date.

To request a cancellation, written notice must be submitted through the ToyCraze website chat box at toy-craze.com.

5.2 In-Stock Order Cancellations

Orders for in-stock items may be canceled before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow the applicable return policy.

6. Supplier Cancellations and Stock Shortages

If a manufacturer or supplier cancels production of a pre-order item:

  • We will notify you by email as soon as possible
  • You will be offered either:
    • A full refund, processed within 7 business days, or
    • An exchange for an alternative product of equal or greater value at no additional charge (if available)

If no response is received within 14 days, the refund may be processed automatically.

If a supplier delivers fewer units than expected:

  • Orders will be fulfilled based on the sequence of payment received
  • Customers whose orders cannot be fulfilled will receive a full refund

7. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider
  • For credit card payments, any applicable bank or transaction handling fees may be deducted from the refunded amount where permitted by the payment processor or financial institution

Once a refund has been issued by ToyCraze, the final posting time depends on your financial provider.

8. Pricing Errors and Payment Issues

While we do our best to ensure accurate pricing, ToyCraze reserves the right to cancel any order affected by:

  • Incorrect pricing
  • Payment processing errors
  • Technical checkout issues
  • Inventory mismatches
  • Fraud screening failures

If your order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

9. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT / GST / local taxes
  • Other destination-based government charges

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

10. Secure Transactions

ToyCraze uses secure checkout technologies to help protect your payment information.

However, ToyCraze does not store full credit card details on its servers. Payment information is processed by secure third-party payment providers.
