How to Order

Step 1

Please inbox us with your redemption code, a screenshot of the redemption code screen and your contact email.

Step 2

We will fill up the T Club redemption registration google form for you. After filling out the form, please allow 2-3 weeks to receive a confirmation email from T Club.

*Please noted that items may be out of stock. Out of stock items cannot be redeemed.

Step 3

When you received the confirmation email, please follow the instruction in the email to place your order in our website. Once the order is confirmed, we will start the redemption process. The redemption process may take up to 7 business days. So please be patient and wait for shipment.

• We only provide Rare Bey redemption services. Claims for damaged or out-of-stock items will not be accepted.
• The exchange process may take approximately one month to complete. We appreciate your patience during this period.
