What is Proxy Service?

Our proxy service is designed for international Beyblade fans who win exchange tickets in the Beyblade App (Hong Kong server) but are unable to redeem them in person.

We act on your behalf to complete the redemption process with the official Hong Kong distributor (T CLUB) and ship the prize directly to you.

How to Get Exchange Tickets

1. Download the Beyblade App (Hong Kong version).

2. Participate in events or lotteries inside the app to win rare Beyblade prizes.

3. If you win, you will receive an exchange ticket with a unique code.

How to Order

Step 1

Please inbox us with your redemption code, a screenshot of the redemption code screen and your contact email.

Step 2

We will fill up the T Club redemption registration google form for you. After filling out the form, please allow 4 - 6 weeks to receive a confirmation email from T Club.

*Kindly confirm your code is unused before submitting. Codes are single-use. We cannot redeem an already-used code. If the redemption code you provided has already been used, you will not receive any emails from T CLUB.
*Please noted that items may be out of stock. Out of stock items cannot be redeemed.
*The response times from T Club may vary and are outside of our direct control. We appreciate your understanding while we assist you in awaiting their confirmation email.

 

Step 3

Once you receive the confirmation email, please:

1. Notify us via Chatbox 

2. Place your order on our website.

After your order is confirmed, we will initiate the redemption process, which may take up to 7 business days to complete. Thank you for your patience as we prepare your shipment!

• We only provide Rare Bey redemption services. Claims for damaged or out-of-stock items will not be accepted.
