How to Order

Step 1

Please message us with your redemption code, a screenshot of the redemption code screen and your contact email.

Step 2

We will fill up the T Club redemption registration google form for you. After filling out the form, please allow 4- 6 weeks to receive a confirmation email from T Club.

* Kindly confirm your code is unused before submitting. Codes are single-use. We cannot redeem an already-used code. If the redemption code you provided has already been used, you will not receive any emails from T CLUB.

* Items may be out of stock. Out of stock items cannot be redeemed.

* The response times from T Club may vary and are outside of our direct control. We appreciate your understanding while we assist you in awaiting their confirmation email.

Step 3

Once you receive the confirmation email, please:

- Notify us via Chatbox

- Place your order on the listing pages.

After your order is confirmed, we will initiate the redemption process, which may take up to 7 business days to complete. Thank you for your patience as we prepare your shipment!
